Overview

Consolidated Plan

The Consolidated Plan is a five-year planning document, which outlines the low-income population’s needs in the County, a strategy for how the County will meet those needs, and a plan of how the County will use available governmental and private resources to implement its low-income housing strategy. The Consolidated Plan is mandated by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) as a condition for receiving Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds as well as other federal entitlements.
